From Boston and the east:
Take the Massachusetts Turnpike west until it intersects Route 495; from this point take Route 495 North to exit 28 (Route 111 Boxborough). At the exit take a right, follow Route 111 over Route 495. At the second set of lights, take a right onto Swanson Road. 85 Swanson Road is the first driveway on the right.

From the north of Boxborough, MA:
Take Route 495 to exit 28 to Route 111 Boxborough. At the end of the exit ramp stay in the center lane and turn left onto Route 111, then get into the right lane. Take your first right onto Swanson Road. 85 Swanson Road is the first driveway on the right.

From the south of Boxborough, MA:
Take Route 495 to exit 28 to Route 111 Boxborough. At the exit take a right, follow Route 111 over Route 495. At the second set of lights, take a right onto Swanson Road. 85 Swanson Road is the first driveway on the right.

From the west:
